2. Products & Services

  • All products are subject to availability.
  • We make every effort to display colors and images accurately, but cannot guarantee exact representation due to differences in screen displays.
  • Prices for products are subject to change without notice.

3. Orders & Payments

  • By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
  • Payments must be made through our accepted payment methods at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or unauthorized activity.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on location and carrier delays.
  • Artaffx is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once shipped.
  • International orders may be subject to customs fees or taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of art and print sales, all purchases are generally final unless otherwise stated.
  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof (photos) for resolution.
  • Refunds, when applicable, will be issued to the original method of payment.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, artwork, images, and content on this site are the property of Artaffx and are protected by copyright laws.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any of our content or products without written permission.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use our site or products:

  • For unlawful purposes,
  • To violate intellectual property rights,
  • To harass, abuse, or harm others,
  • To transmit malicious code or interfere with the security of the site.

8. Limitation of Liability

Customers located outside of Canada are still bound by these Terms when purchasing from ARTAFFX. However, you may also have rights under the consumer protection laws of your own country, and nothing in these Terms is intended to limit those rights.
